As 4GGL Founder, Jin In’s mission is to ignite the next generation of empowered women changemakers. 4GGL – For Girls Glocal Leadership – is a social change movement transforming the toxic mindset that devalues and dehumanizes girls into a powerful new paradigm that recognizes empowered girls are our most powerful force for change – solution to poverty, global warming, war, terrorism. Jin’s unique focus and research is women’s empowerment of the Millennials. She speaks around the world sharing Three Shocking Truths from the 1st-ever millennial women’s empowerment global survey – voices from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Then from the Syrian millennial women survey, she shares Three Superpowers of this group – Syrian refugees, immigrants and citizens across 20 countries. Now, to illuminate the darkest societies with the inner power of today’s young women and galvanize powerful social change, Jin’s goal is to collect this data in every country, starting with those at the frontline of war.
