Please join us for lunch and a presentation by MIT alumna Nelly Rosario who will speak on the History of the MIT Program Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Our signature MLK Visiting Professors and Scholars Program, which brings distinguished scholars to campus each year to work with faculty, staff and students. I’m proud of the excellence of our visitors and their impact within the MIT community and beyond; you can read more about this year’s cohort and the accomplishments of our scholars (including a recent MacArthur Fellowship to 2013-14 visitor Ta-Nehisi Coates), at the MLK Scholars program website. I also invite you to attend the MLK Luncheons.

Lunch will be served, please rsvp to Shauna Bush-Fenty, sfenty@mit.edu

Events are open to all community members. We welcome people of every identity, ability/disability, and background, and will strive to meet all needs for full participation.
